NOTICE OF PREPARATION OF THE DRAFT DEVELOPMENT CONTRIBUTION SCHEME FOR COUNTY LEITRIM
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 48 of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended), that Leitrim County Council has prepared a Draft Development Contribution Scheme 2023-2026 for County Leitrim.
The Draft Scheme will be on public display and may be inspected from 21st September 2022 until 4th November 2022 inclusive (excluding public holidays) at the following locations during normal public opening hours:
· Planning Department, Leitrim County Council, Áras an Chontae, St. George's Terrace, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim, N41 PF67.
· Ballinamore Library, Main Street, Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim, N41 E061.
· Manorhamilton Library, Library Corner, Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim, F91 C862.
Submissions in relation to the Draft Scheme may be made in writing no later than 4.00pm on 4th November 2022. Submissions should be in ONE medium only i.e. online or hard copy. Please label submissions “Development Contribution Scheme”.
Submissions/Observations may be made as follows:

All observations or submissions received during the above time period will be taken into consideration before the making of the Leitrim Development Contribution Scheme 2023-2026.
The details including the names of those making submissions may be shared with relevant Council Departments involved in the making of the Development Contribution Scheme and will also form part of the statutory Chief Executive’s Report to be presented to the full Council.
All submissions should include your name and a contact address, and where relevant, details of any organisation, community group or company, etc., which you represent. To assist Leitrim County Council in complying with data protection legislation, you are asked to provide this information on a separate sheet. This processing of your personal data is lawful under Article 6 (1)(e) of the GDPR regulations.
